All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times based on your destination are:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1 business day (within 24 hours)

  • Delta Cities & Canal Cities: 2 business days (within 48 hours)

  • Upper Egypt, Red Sea, Marsa Matrouh & South Sinai: 3 business days (within 72 hours)

3. Open Package & Inspection Policy
